Don puts the knowledge of 26 years of marketing communications experience to work for our clients every day. With extensive business-to-business experience, including marketing to architects, engineers and building owners, Don is able to provide insightful strategic and unique creative ideas to clients that help them accomplish their business objectives. Client experience includes: MSI General, ESI Group, Johnson Controls, Bucyrus International.

Kerri is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day communications with various clients. From creative briefs to strategic thinking and tight projects deadlines, she provides the responsive service clients demand. Most recently she has managed the following client accounts: Cubic Designs, Zoneworks, Racine Metal-Fab, Aptar and Wixon. She has over 8 years industry experience, including 7 of those at DBA. |  | Rebecca LaTour, Creative Director:
Rebecca is in charge of the creative product at the agency. Her creative vision helps establish brands that reflect our client’s personalities, highlight their offerings, and get great results. She manages the design department and works closely with account services to solve challenges through smart marketing communications. Rebecca has 11 years industry experience and has worked at DBA for 3 years. She worked previously at BVK and M Magazine. | |  | Mary Blohowiak, Art Director:
Mary has 16 years of experience in strategic marketing, print, web and multimedia design. She is responsible for the creative concept, design and development of strategic marketing plans that will generate qualified prospects for business-to-business clientele. She has worked with clients such as Outback Steakhouse, SunTrust Bank, Johnson Controls, Appleton Papers, Yaskawa America and Trico Manufacturing.

Jen serves as Graphic Artist at the agency. She utilizes her cutting-edge skills acquired at the Illinois Institute of Art to efficiently alter designed documents and prepare projects for final output. She is also a proficient and talented illustrator. | |  | Lynn Behling, Office Manager:
Lynn has been Office Manager at DBA for 7 years. Her previous experience as a Financial Analyst enables her to proficiently handle monthly billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and administrative duties. She’s happy to handle any invoice-related questions. | | | | |
